New Watch Stander Policy

The new watch stander policy had a transition period so the word could be distributed to all units and members.  This transition period has expired.  Patrols cannot be run nor orders given without watchstanding that meets the new requirements.   The new requirements are (1) mobile or handheld facilities, (2) transmitting two miles or less from the launch ramp, and (3) manned by an Auxiliarist Auxcom rated under orders.  More than one surface facility can be handled by the radio facility at the same time.
